Project Planner badge demonstrates the ability to establish the steps required to define a project`s objectives and its scope and develop a task list. It also includes the process of identifying partners and relevant stakeholders. 
Learning Targets
  • Understanding the project management terminology
  • Knowing the project charter canvas
  • Knowing appropriate project management tools and processes
  • Knowing current trends in youth work and youth related policies and their impact on the youth

 

Project Planner badge demonstrates the ability to establish the steps required to define a project`s objectives and its scope and develop a task list. It also includes the process of identifying partners and relevant stakeholders.

 

 
  • Being able to create a project using design thinking methods and needs analysis                                        
  • Being able to come up with and pilot project ideas
  • Being able to identify the right partners
  • Being able to foresee and predict results and possible risks
  • Being able to determine appropriate activities to achieve the project’s goals

  • Showing responsibility about the social impact of the project
 

Participants have to successfully accomplish the following tasks before the BADU Open Badge will be issued.

Minimum standards:

  • Having successfully completed an entire learning activity (training course, seminar, online course, workshop etc.), a voluntary programme/internship
  • Self-evaluation
  • Assessment session with the trainer/mentor

 

  • Case Study
  • Conducted one workshop on the topic of the activity with youth within 2 months after the activity
  • Conducted critical incident analysis
  • Problem Solving and simulation games on the specific topic of the activity
  • Reflection exercises
  • Scored at least 80% on the final test
