Use of public content of Badu
Badu makes provision for public web content accessible to any internet user through the sites:
The user has the ability to read and access all public pages in the platform.
In particular he/she can access the list of Badges published.
Sharing the public pages of Badge-Badu through social networks
Content made available on Badge-Badu public pages is freely usable, also by unregistered users.
Such content can be freely shared and disseminated through social networks or any other means chosen by the user.
Claim
At the end of a training/volunteering experience and assessment path, users can get a new Open Badge representing the achievement of their educational goals. The Claim is the process offered by the Badge-Badu platform which allows a registered user to acquire a new Open Badge. The process begins with an invitation to Claim. If the user accepts the invitation, he/she has to access the private area of Badge-Badu using his/her credentials (or register to acquire them) and confirm the acceptance of the Badge.
User registration
Both youth organizations and youth worker/volunteers can register to Badge-Badoo Platform.
The only way a user has to register on the Badge-Badu platform is filling the form with the required information (local registration)
Local registration
This is the creation of a user account on the local Badge-Badu database.
The local registration involves verification of the email address of the user.

The locally registered user may request the generation of a new password.
Requirements for registration and access to the services
To register and log in to Badge-Badu, a user must be at least 16 years of age. The platform will check your identity both during registration and on every subsequent login.
Request for information
The user has the option to request to be updated with news regarding the services offered by the platform Badge-Badu.
Login
The registered user has the ability to login to the platform Badge-Badu and access to all services reserved to him/her.
Managing the user profile
The authenticated user has the option to change his/her password.
Profile sharing (Backpack)
A registered user who has acquired at least one Badge is equipped with a profile page showing Badges acquired.
Sharing and downloading Badges acquired
The user has the ability to share Badges that he/she received. Sharing to the most widely used platforms is available: social (social sharing) and external sites (embedding).
Registered and authenticated users can securely download Badge acquired through the platform Badge-Badu in png format according to OBI standards.
Proposal for a new Badge
Any youth organization interested in working with Badge-Badu may create a new Badge in order to better address its needs.

Supported browsers
Badge -Badu is built on state-of-the-art web technologies that work best in the latest desktop and mobile browsers as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11.
Older browsers still allow to navigate Badge -Badu pages. Some minor display, styling or feature issues may occur.
