Team Manager
Team Manager badge describes the capability to coordinate and motivate a group of individuals by assigning tasks according to the team members´ competences as well as to identify problems and resolve conflicts between team members. 
Learning Targets

  • Knowing about time management tools
 
  • Being able to foresee tensions and problems that might arise within a team
  • Being able to manage and resolve conflicts
  • Being able to assign tasks according to the competencies of the team members

  • Being fair with all team members
  • Being respectful of team members and partners’ time
 

Participants have to successfully accomplish the following tasks before the BADU Open Badge will be issued.

Minimum standards:

  • Having successfully completed an entire learning activity (training course, seminar, online course, workshop etc.), a voluntary programme/internship
  • Self-evaluation
  • Assessment session with the trainer/mentor

 

  • Case Study
  • Conducted one workshop on the topic of the activity with youth within 2 months after the activity
  • Conducted critical incident analysis
  • Problem Solving and simulation games on the specific topic of the activity
  • Reflection exercises
  • Scored at least 80% on the final test
