The Youth Exchange Project Manager badge demonstrates the capacity to implement and evaluate all planned activities as well as to disseminate and utilise the results.
Learning Targets
Knowing about youth exchange preparation and implementation phases
Knowing about setting up a risk management plan
Knowing about Erasmus+ rules and objectives in detail – understanding and knowing Erasmus+ guides related to the dissemination and exploitation of results
Being able to communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders and, if necessary, family members of the young people involved in the exchange
Being able to offer ongoing administrative support to the participants and responding to any issues in an appropriate time frame
Being able to use different media channels for the dissemination and exploitation of the results
Capacity to design evaluation forms, assessment procedures and to write reports

Participants have to successfully accomplish the following tasks before the BADU Open Badge will be issued.
Minimum standards:
Having successfully completed an entire learning activity (training course, seminar, online course, workshop etc.), a voluntary programme/internship
Self-evaluation
Assessment session with the trainer/mentor
Case Study
Conducted one workshop on the topic of the activity with youth within 2 months after the activity
Conducted critical incident analysis
Problem Solving and simulation games on the specific topic of the activity
